(Distributed Denial of Services)

DDoS (Distributed Denial of Services) attack is a continuing threat to servers, networks and websites. It is perpetrated by hackers who remotely control computers or bots; systems that have been taken over via malware. Thousands of attacks by these bots directed to a single target cause floods of DDoS attack on websites or applications with overwhelming traffic. This attacks lead to slow response time or even server crashes. While DDoS attacks are one of the older forms of cyber threats, DDoS mitigation nowadays is harder and the protection is more difficult. Foxdata DDoS mitigation services deflect DDoS traffic at the network layer and absorb application layer traffic at the network edge. All DDoS traffic would be filtered and dropped before they can reach our customer’s server.
